Nutrition really matters in the management of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Nutritional Therapy for IBD's Patient Pathway is a resource to support healthy diet and lifestyle change in patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It was developed as a unique collaborative effort between medical leaders in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and the patient community. Here you will find information, support, guidance, community, ideas, and recipes. Patient Pathway is built around An Option for Every Patient, a patient-centric approach that seeks to match each patient with the dietary approach that best fits their needs and interest. You play an active role in your dietary therapy.

Uncertain about Food?

We understand the complexity of developing and maintaining a positive relationship with food when suffering from the symptoms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. At times, it may feel like food is something to be feared or avoided, but that is not the answer. We want to help restore that healthy relationship with food again, so that you can work your way back to a well-balanced diet of healthy foods while at the same time feeling well again.
