Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Split eggs.
  • Beat the egg whites stiff with a little salt.
  • Carefully mix in the egg yolks, SCD yogurt, and baking soda.
  • Scoop the batter in large circles (American pancake size) onto the baking paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Eat warm or let cool and store in the refrigerator.
