2/3 cup frozen fruit of choice

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, banana, and frozen fruit/greens to the blender in that order (if using individual blender cups, add in reverse order).
  • Blend until smooth.

Storage

Smoothies can be frozen in mason jars and thawed for 24 hours in the refrigerator when ready to consume.

Notes

You can substitute compliant plain store-bought yogurt if not on SCD or mSCD, but resulting product may not be considered lactose-free. When making multiple servings at once, you can use a ratio of 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup frozen fruit/greens, and 1 large ripe banana.
