4 white fish fillets (grouper, flounder, tilapia, turbot, etc)*

mixed herb seasoning

olive oil

garlic, fresh pressed

lemon

Instructions

  • Season both sides of the fillets and rub pressed garlic on top.
  • Heat smooth grill pan over medium heat until warm.
  • Pour olive oil until it evenly covers the pan.
  • Place fillets on hot pan.
  • Grill on one side, for about 5 minutes, turn over, and grill the other side a few minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon over the top
