Instructions

  • Scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Using a sharp knife or Mandoline slicer, slice the potatoes as thinly as possible, maintaining a uniform thickness.
  • Prepare non-stick baking sheets to fit your microwave .
  • Blot any moisture using a paper towel. Place the slices of potato on the baking paper so the pieces aren’t touching. Sprinkle (or spray) the oil and salt on the potatoes.
  • Place in the microwave and cook for 5-8 min. at high power until golden and crispy.
