Ingredients
- 1 cup Kefir or Homemade Yogurt Drink
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- Banana (sliced)
- 1 TBSP honey
- 227 grams Kefir or Homemade Yogurt Drink
- 50 grams steel-cut oats
- 1 TBSP (15 mL) Chia Seeds
- Banana (sliced)
- 1 TBSP (15mL) honey
Nutritional Therapy for IBD - Patient Pathway
Step 1:  In a mason jar, combine yogurt, cooked oats, chia seeds and honey.
Step 2:  Refrigerate overnight (or for around 6-12 hrs.)
Step 3:  Top with ripe banana slices.
