Ingredients
- 1 TBSP sunflower oil
- ½ tsp red wine vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced fine
- 3-4 fresh sage leaves, minced fine
- ½ tsp fresh thyme, minced fine
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pound lamb kebabs/cubes
- 1 TBSP (15 ml) sunflower oil
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) red wine vinegar

- 440 grams lamb kebabs/cubes
