¼ to ½ cup butter

juice from ½ lemon

Instructions

  • In large skillet, sauté fish in ¼ cup to ½ cup of butter. (If fillets are frozen, in skillet, thaw over low heat and pour off water, then add butter.) Fish will break up into pieces.
  • When butter is melted, add almond flour and lemon juice.
  • Add hot sauce in desired amount.
  • Once all ingredients are combined, continue to sauté for about 5 more minutes.
