Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Mix melted butter and applesauce in a bowl.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients except apple and cinnamon.
  • Stir in diced apple.
  • Pour batter into lined muffin pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Bake for 23 minutes or until tops are light brown.
