Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Prepare muffin pans.
  • Cream butter and honey.
  • Beat in the egg.
  • Blend in the avocado, yogurt, and nuts.
  • Add the flour and baking soda and mix gently but thoroughly until the ingredients are moistened and combined.
  • Pour into muffin pans.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
