Instructions

  • Heat all filling ingredients together over a double boiler until thick, creamy, and well-cooked.
  • Pour over cooled crust.
  • Put in fridge and let cool for at least 1 hour

Banana Cream Flan Crust

  • Mix crust ingredients together and spread into pie pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F (177°C) or until golden brown.
  • Let cool.
