Instructions

  • Separate the eggs.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Slowly add the yolks.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cashew butter and the oil by hand until smooth.
  • Mix into egg mixture.
  • Add the honey, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Pour into four 7-inch (17.8-cm) cake pans.
  • Bake at 300°F (150°C) for approximately 50 minutes.
