Ingredients
3 or 4 chicken legs with backs (or what ever chicken you like. I bet wings would be good)
½ cup homemade ketchup
½ cup homemade salsa (I can my own but I think Lucy's fresh one would be fine)
¼ cup honey

59 ml honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Mix together and pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered until done, basting occasionally (about 45 minutes).

Oven temp and cooking time were not provided in the original recipe. When the photo above was taken, I cooked the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes as described above. Photo above used chicken thighs.
