Instructions

  • Combine salt and butter in large bowl.
  • Add eggs, Farmer's cheese, chilies, pimiento, and cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10x6x2-inch (25.4x15.2x5-cm) baking dish.
  • Garnish casserole with green pepper.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
