Instructions

  • In a medium pot, boil chicken breast, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and carrots for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken breast and place in the blender with egg whites.
  • Blend until the texture suits your taste.
  • In a pan, spread the batter mixture to make a pancake shape.
