60 ml lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and put in fridge for 2 hours (or more).
  • Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil).
  • Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally. (You can also BBQ these.)
  • Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad, and onion.
