Instructions

  • Cut zucchini into ¼-inch (0.6-cm) slices.
  • In a crockpot, combine zucchini with green pepper, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with chopped tomatoes, then butter.

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
