Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a blender and process for 1 minute.
  • Strain into a canning jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 10 days.
  • Pour ¼ cup of the ginger mixture (more or less to taste) into a glass.
  • Add sparkling water and ice cubes.
