2 eggs beaten

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

¾ tsp (3.75 ml) baking soda

¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt

¾ tsp (3.75 ml) cardamon

½ tsp (2.5 ml) cinnamon

120 ml yogurt

2 eggs beaten

40 grams raisins

29 grams walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix almond flour, salt, baking soda, cardamon, and cinnamon.
  • Mix in other ingredients.
  • Drop large spoonfuls on greased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool on rack.
