Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Mix egg whites and salt, beat until stiff.
  • Slowly add honey to mixture, beating constantly.
  • Fold in vanilla and coconut.
  • Use mixture to fill paper muffin cups – fill each cup halfway.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
