1 cup pineapple, frozen

1 TBSP ginger, fresh and grated

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 avocado, pitted

1 green apple, peeled or unpeeled and cored

1½ cups almond milk, no added thickeners

2 TBSP honey

30 grams spinach, fresh

1 avocado, pitted

1 green apple, peeled or unpeeled and cored

1½ cups (355 ml) almond milk, no added thickeners

2 TBSP (30 ml) honey

Instructions

  • Gather and prep ingredients.
  • Start by chopping and freezing bananas and pineapple.
  • Let freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, set up your high-speed blender.
  • Add in all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with a piece of pineapple if desired. Cheers!
