1 apple

⅔ cup apple juice

2.5 TBSP almond butter

1 handful of raisins

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel the apple and cut into pieces.
  • Place in a saucepan with the apple juice and bring to the boil.
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes until the apple is slightly soft.
  • Stir in the almond butter and cinnamon and heat through for a few more minutes. If it is too dry, add some more juice or water.
  • Finally, stir in a handful of raisins and honey to taste.
