Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Place potatoes in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
  • Add salt and pepper and toss again.
  • Arrange the potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove potatoes from oven and stir.
  • Return pan to oven and broil for about 5 minutes, until potatoes are browned and crisp.
