1 allowed pitted fruit from the list (4 strawberries/ apple/ pear/ apricot)

1 TBSP sugar

¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  • Slice the fruits to 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes and cool in a freezer for 24 hours.
  • Defrost the fruit for 10 minutes
  • Combine the fruit with the juice and sugar in a mixer. Blend for 5 minutes until it obtains the texture of icecream.
