Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 140°F (60°C) or the lowest it will go.
  • Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap.
  • Blend honey and fruit in blender until smooth, about 20 seconds or so.
  • Pour the mixture onto the cookie sheet and bake until it's dry, about 3 hours or so. Don't turn the heat up -- it'll just burn the fruit. Be patient.
  • Once the fruit is dry, take it out and set aside to cool.
  • Then just roll it up and it's ready to eat!
