1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano leaves

¼ tsp (1.25 ml) dried thyme leaves

Instructions

  • In skillet, brown chicken in hot oil.
  • Drain.
  • In crockpot, combine chicken with onion, tomato sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, and wine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
