120 ml (170 grams) honey

2 eggs, beaten

80 grams raisins

100 grams chopped pecans

1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda

¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt

1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla

40 grams unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Melt butter.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients, adding the flour, coconut, raisins, and pecans last.
  • Cook at around 315°F (157°C), until they just start to get a little brown. The temperature and time can vary depending on your oven and cookie sheet.
