1 cup SCD yogurt

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup honey

2 TBSP cinnamon

½-¾ cup raisins

1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda

237 ml SCD yogurt

¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt

177 ml (255 grams) honey

2 TBSP (30 ml) cinnamon

80-120 grams raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix together all ingredients except raisings in a food processor.
  • Stir in raisins at the very end.
  • Put in a buttered loaf pan and then bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely before removing from pan.
