1 pound chicken breast

2-3 carrots, cut into thin strips

1 onion, cut in half and sliced thinly

Salt

Sweet paprika

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and
  • Stir-fry the chicken in a wok.
  • Add the carrots and onion.
  • Season with olive oil and spices.
  • Add the cooked noodles and continue to stir-fry for another 2 min.
  • Serve immediately.
