1 cup of blanched almonds

3 cups of water

Instructions

  • Put the almonds and water in the blender
  • Run the blender for 4 minutes
  • Add vanilla extract and honey to taste (optional) and run the blender 30 seconds more
  • Poor the mixture into a nutbag or a fine cloth and squeeze out the milk over a big bowl.
  • Discard the leftover nut mixture.
  • Poor the milk into a clean bottle and save in the fridge until use for up to 5 days.
