2 ripe bananas

3 egg whites of hard boiled eggs (10 minutes)

1 cup water

2 TBSP avocado oil

1.5 cups strawberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (for SCD and mSCD use home-made 24-hour yogurt)

2 TBSP almond butter

3 TBSP honey

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Add bananas, egg whites, water and avocado oil to a blender.

Blend on Level 1 for 30 seconds, then on level 6 for 30 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients.
