1 pound strawberries

GROUP B:

3-4 apricots

1 TBSP honey*

¾ cup fresh raspberries

1 TBSP (15 ml; 20 g) honey*

Instructions

  • Blend one group of ingredients in a small hand-held blender, and make sure they are mixed well.
  • If the consistency is too thick, add a small amount of water (1-2 tsp).
  • Line a sheet-baking pan with parchment or a silicone liner.
  • Pour the blended fruit into the pan until spread evenly.
  • Set the oven to 170°F (77°C) (or lowest setting) for approximately 6-9 hours. (You will probably need to adjust the heat and time depending on your specific home oven model).
  • Leather should be firm and dry when you remove it.
  • Cut it into strips and peel off.
  • For easy access and storage, roll into strips of parchment paper and secure with string or tape.
