80 ml (113 g) honey

330 grams almond flour

1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda

⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) cinnamon powder

½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt

Instructions

  • In a kitchen processor, add in the eggs, applesauce, raspberries, ghee, and honey until they are well- blended. However, if you do not want the raspberries blended into the cake, you can leave them out and stir them into the batter by hand at the end.
  • Next, add in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt.
  • Pour the batter into a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) baking dish.
  • Place it in a 325°F (165°C or gas mark 3) oven for 45-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
