2 large firm tomatoes

1 TBSP dill

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat oil for about a minute on low heat.
  • Combine eggs, onions, and blue cheese in a bowl.
  • Add this mixture to the pan and scramble.
  • Slice tomatoes thinly to make the "bun".
  • Put the scrambled mixture in between two slices of tomato that have been lightly spread with a teaspoon of mayo.
  • Sprinkle dill on top of your tomato, and eat like a sandwich.
